Oriana offers pyjamas, nightwear, and loungewear designed for comfort, elegance, and everyday wear.

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, images, sizes, and colours are accurate. However:

●        Actual colours may vary depending on your screen settings

●        Minor variations in fabric, stitching, or finish may occur

All products are subject to availability.

 

 

4. Prices

●        All prices are displayed in local currency unless stated otherwise

●        Prices include VAT where applicable

●        Shipping fees are displayed during checkout

We reserve the right to change prices at any time; however, changes will not affect confirmed orders.

 

 

5. Orders & Acceptance

When you place an order:

●        You will receive an order confirmation via email

●        The order is considered accepted once it has been dispatched

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to:

●        Product unavailability

●        Pricing or product description errors

●        Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity

If payment has already been processed, a refund will be issued.

 

 

6. Payment

We accept secure online payment methods as displayed in the website.

Payments are processed through trusted third-party payment providers. Oriana does not store or have access to your payment details.

 

 

7. Shipping & Delivery

●        Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary

●        Shipping fees and delivery options are shown and in some occasions can be communicated by email.

●        Delays caused by couriers, customs, weather conditions, or force majeure events are beyond our control

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon successful delivery to the provided address.

 

 

8. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products (homewear and pajamas) and in consideration of health and hygiene standards, all sales are final. Returns or exchanges are not accepted once the order has been received.

Exceptions apply only in the following cases:

• A manufacturing defect or stitching flaw

• Damage resulting from an error in preparation or shipping on our part

• Receipt of an item that does not match the order (incorrect size, model, or color)

In such cases, the following conditions must be met:

• Contact us within no more than 48 hours from the date of delivery

• Provide clear photos showing the defect

• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in full original packaging

The store reserves the right to assess the case and approve a replacement or compensation request in accordance with our approved quality policy.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these policies to ensure the best shopping experience for everyone.

 

 

9. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at orianaluxury@gmail.com including:

●        Your order number

●        Clear photos of the issue

We will assess the claim and offer a replacement, exchange, or refund in line with UAE consumer protection regulations.

 

 

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Oriana website, including but not limited to:

●        Logos

●        Brand name

●        Images

●        Designs

●        Text and graphics

is the exclusive property of Oriana and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

 

 

11. Personal Data & Privacy

We collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable UAE data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.

Your information is used solely for order processing, customer service, and lawful business purposes.

 

 

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law:

●        Oriana shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

●        Our total liability shall not exceed the total value of the order placed

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights under UAE law.

 

 

13. Force Majeure

Oriana shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, strikes, or logistics disruptions.

 

 

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.

 

 

15. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Changes will be effective immediately upon publication on the website.
