Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Delivery times

Shipping costs
Calculated at checkout based on destination and method. We may offer free standard shipping above a minimum order—check the site or at checkout.
Tracking
You’ll receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
Eligibility
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
How to return
- Email orianaluxury@oriana.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.
- We’ll send a return label and instructions (for eligible returns).
- Pack the items securely, attach the label, and ship the package.
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the return.
Exchanges
For a different size or style, please return the original item and place a new order, or contact us and we’ll assist you.
Non-returnable items
Sale items, underwear, and swimwear may be final sale. We’ll state this on the product page when applicable.
